My Matchmaker Approach

I don't believe in being a gatekeeper. I believe in being a matchmaker—finding the right people, connecting them to the right problems, and creating the conditions for momentum.

I've been doing this my whole career:

  • As a support analyst, I saw broken workflows and created a new role from scratch that cut resolution time from 15+ days to under 5 and increased CST by 12%

  • As a designer, I coordinated a 30-developer cross-functional team, and produced product videos for 10,000+ attendee conferences

  • As a design lead, I partnered with leadership to redirect an entire 1,000-person R&D organization toward agentic AI by storyboarding a vision video that went to the board and unified a disorganized company

My approach is to understand first, then seek alignment.
And always by being a friend, not just a coworker.
